An AI-assisted music album is a production project, not a folder of unrelated generations. The difficult work happens between the first idea and the upload: defining a coherent promise, comparing many versions, documenting what you used, arranging a sequence, checking audio transitions, and packaging the final video honestly. A simple system prevents the speed of generation from creating a larger organizational problem.
The workflow below is deliberately tool-neutral. Review the terms, licensing conditions, disclosure requirements, and commercial-use rules of every service involved. Write a one-paragraph album brief

Create a small prompt system

Package the video without overpromising
A thumbnail should communicate the same mood as the audio with one readable focal idea. Test it at small size. Write a title and description that accurately identify the format and intended use. Do not promise focus, sleep, income, healing, or view results that the music cannot guarantee.
In the description, include the tracklist, relevant credits, and disclosures required by your tools or platform. Keep source records privately even if they are not all published. Before upload, verify current YouTube policies rather than relying on an old template.
Archive the project for future revisions
