Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wavenox collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Wavenox.

Section 1

Information We Collect

Wavenox may collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and information received from service providers.

This may include account information, email address, login provider information, subscription status, saved prompt packages, usage logs, support messages, and technical information.

Section 2

Account Information

When you create or use an account, Wavenox may collect your email address, login provider, display name, account ID, role, plan, subscription status, and session-related metadata.

Authentication may be handled by a trusted third-party authentication provider.

Section 3

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Paddle. Wavenox does not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

Wavenox may store limited billing metadata such as billing provider, customer ID, subscription ID, plan, subscription status, billing period dates, and payment-related event summaries.

Paddle may collect and process payment, tax, billing, and checkout information according to Paddle's own policies.

Section 4

Product and Usage Data

Wavenox may collect product usage data such as AI generation requests, saved Suno Packages, favorites, exports, account actions, usage counts, quota states, and admin/support metadata.

Usage data helps provide the service, enforce limits, debug issues, improve product quality, and prevent misuse.

Section 5

AI Inputs and Outputs

When you use AI generation features, Wavenox may process your prompts, song ideas, lyrics, style preferences, genre choices, language choices, vocal direction, and generated outputs.

AI processing may involve third-party AI service providers. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or unlawful content that you do not want processed by Wavenox or its service providers.

Section 6

Audio Files

Wavenox Audio Master is currently designed as a browser-based local audio workflow tool. Uploaded audio files may be processed locally in your browser and may not be stored on Wavenox servers unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

Wavenox may still collect limited usage metadata related to Audio Master features, such as usage counts, settings, or workflow events, but not the actual audio file unless clearly disclosed.

Section 7

Wavenox may use cookies and browser storage to support sign-in, account state, security, preferences, and product functionality.

Some temporary browser session information may be stored in this browser as part of the sign-in flow.
