Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wavenox, an AI music creator toolkit for Suno prompt generation, saved prompt packages, browser-based audio workflow tools, and related creator features. By using Wavenox, you agree to these Terms.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wavenox, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced in these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Wavenox.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wavenox. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Wavenox only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Section 2

Service Description

Wavenox is an AI Music Creator Toolkit designed for AI music creators, Suno users, playlist creators, and related creator workflows. Wavenox may provide tools for generating song titles, lyrics, style prompts, vocal direction, Suno settings, saved prompt packages, exports, and browser-based audio workflow features.

Wavenox does not distribute music to streaming platforms, does not sell music rights, and does not guarantee that any generated output will be accepted by Suno, YouTube, distributors, streaming platforms, or any other third-party service.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Some features require a Wavenox account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account information up to date. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact Wavenox support promptly.

Wavenox may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, create security risks, or violate applicable law.

Section 4

Plans, Pricing, and Credits

Wavenox may offer Free, Plus, and Pro plans.

Signed-in Free users may receive 10 Wavenox Credits per day. Plus and Pro plans provide monthly Wavenox Credit bundles. Wavenox Credits may be used across supported Wavenox features, including Suno prompt generation, command generation, and Audio Mastering.

At the current credit rates, Suno AI prompt generation uses 3 credits per track, Suno command generation uses 1 credit per track, and Audio Mastering uses 2 credits per mastered track. Tracklist TXT export is included with the Audio Master v1.12 workflow.

Wavenox may change plan structures, credit allowances, included features, prices, billing intervals, and availability for service improvements, operational needs, cost changes, payment provider requirements, or other reasonable reasons. The latest plan details and prices are shown on the Plans page at the time of purchase.

Section 5

Free Trials

7-day free trials require a valid payment method. After the trial ends, your selected plan renews automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial credits may be the same as the selected paid plan's monthly credit amount, but trial access remains subject to trial eligibility and abuse-prevention rules. If you cancel during the trial, trial credits are removed immediately and your account returns to the Free plan. Free trials are limited and may not be available more than once per user, email, Paddle customer, or other abuse-prevention signals.

Section 6

Paddle Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and payment provider. Your receipt or card statement may reference Paddle.

By purchasing a Wavenox paid subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes or charges shown at checkout.

Wavenox does not store full payment card numbers. Payment information is handled by Paddle according to Paddle's own payment, security, and compliance processes.

Section 7

Subscription Changes

Plan changes, renewals, cancellations, and billing management are handled through the billing flow available in your account.

If you change, cancel, or reactivate a subscription, the plan and credit terms shown during the billing flow or account management flow will apply.

Promotional or legacy plan terms, if any, may differ from current public plans and are governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Section 8

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Paid plan subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription through the available billing management flow. Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle and does not automatically refund the current billing period.

After cancellation, you may continue to use the applicable paid plan features for the remainder of the already-paid period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

Section 9

Refund Policy

Paid plan payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Wavenox or Paddle confirms a billing error.

We do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time, unused AI generations, unused saved-package features, failure to use the service, or changing your mind after purchase.

Promotional, legacy, or discounted payments are also non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Paddle or Wavenox for an exceptional billing case.

Wavenox may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other exceptional cases. Refund availability may also depend on Paddle's payment processing policies and applicable law.

Section 10

Taxes

Taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges may be calculated and handled at checkout by Paddle where applicable.

Prices shown on Wavenox may not include all applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. The final amount charged may depend on your billing location and Paddle's tax calculation at checkout.

Section 11

User Content and Inputs

You retain ownership of the prompts, lyrics, ideas, audio files, text, settings, and other content you submit to Wavenox, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting content to Wavenox, you grant Wavenox a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, display, reproduce, and use that content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the Wavenox service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

Section 12

AI Outputs

Wavenox may generate titles, lyrics, style prompts, vocal direction, settings, notes, and other AI-assisted outputs.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to existing works, unsuitable for your intended use, or subject to third-party platform restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all outputs before using them.

Wavenox does not guarantee that AI outputs are original, copyright-safe, commercially usable, monetizable, platform-approved, or free from third-party rights claims.

Section 13

Music Rights and Third-Party Platform Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your music, lyrics, prompts, images, audio, metadata, uploads, or releases comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of Suno, OpenAI, YouTube, distributors, streaming platforms, image generation tools, and any other third-party services you use.

Wavenox does not provide copyright clearance, music licensing, publishing administration, distribution approval, or monetization guarantees.

Section 14

Third-Party Services

Wavenox may rely on Paddle, Suno, and other infrastructure, authentication, AI, payment, hosting, or analytics service providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Wavenox is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account actions, or platform decisions.

Section 15

Section 16

No Model Training

You may not use Wavenox, Wavenox outputs, Wavenox prompts, Wavenox response formats, or Wavenox service behavior to train, fine-tune, benchmark, reverse engineer, or develop competing AI models, prompt-generation systems, music-generation systems, or related machine learning technologies without written permission from Wavenox.

Section 17

No Commercial Success Guarantee

Wavenox does not guarantee that your music, prompts, lyrics, videos, uploads, thumbnails, titles, metadata, or releases will receive views, streams, revenue, monetization, ranking, distribution approval, or commercial success.

All creative, publishing, distribution, and release decisions remain your responsibility.

Section 18

Audio Master and Local Processing

Wavenox Audio Master is a browser-based audio workflow tool for local audio workflow support. Current audio processing may occur locally in the browser, and Wavenox does not guarantee professional mastering results.

You are responsible for reviewing audio outputs before publishing or distributing them. Wavenox does not guarantee loudness compliance, streaming platform acceptance, audio quality, or commercial suitability.

Section 19

Service Availability and Changes

Wavenox may change, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify any part of the service at any time.

Wavenox may impose usage limits, rate limits, storage limits, feature restrictions, or plan-based access rules. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, third-party outages, technical issues, or other reasons.

Section 20

Account Suspension and Termination

Wavenox may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created compliance or security risk, misused the service, failed to pay, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.

You may stop using Wavenox at any time. Some account or billing records may be retained as required for compliance, security, tax, payment, or operational purposes.

Section 21

Wavenox Intellectual Property

Wavenox owns the Wavenox name, logo, interface, software, design, systems, workflows, documentation, and other service materials, except for user content and third-party materials.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or create a competing service from Wavenox without written permission.

Section 22

Copyright and IP Complaints

If you believe content or activity on Wavenox infringes your intellectual property rights, contact Wavenox support with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material and your rights.

Wavenox may remove or restrict access to content, accounts, or features in response to rights complaints, compliance requests, or platform safety concerns.

Section 23

Disclaimer of Warranties

Wavenox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavenox disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Section 24

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavenox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or content, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Wavenox's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Wavenox for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 if no payment was made.

Section 25

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wavenox from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your infringement of third-party rights, or your misuse of AI outputs or third-party platforms.

Section 26

Governing Law / Dispute Resolution Placeholder

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Wavenox, without regard to conflict of law principles. A more specific governing law and dispute resolution provision may be added before public launch.
